Return & Exchange Policy
1. What is CuddleNest Refund, Return and Exchange policy?
CuddleNest Return and Exchange policy grants you the flexibility to return or exchange items you've purchased from CuddleNest for any reason within the specified return/exchange period.
Refunds are initiated once the product is picked up by the courier partner and it passes quality check. If the product picked up is not in perfect condition, it will not be accepted for return. If you opt for an exchange due to size mismatch or received a defective item, you will receive a replacement of the item at no additional cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and the serviceability of your address for exchanges. When you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you after the current item has been picked up by the courier partner and passed the quality check.

Return Fee/Charges:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
When it comes to processing returns, replacements, or refunds, our procedure involves the following steps:
a) Once the pickup executive visits your location, he will first verify the product to check its condition and see if it passes the quality check. Once the product is approved, he will take the product away and initiate the refund process.
b) For prepaid orders (payments made via credit/debit cards, net banking etc.), the refund will be credited back to the same account used for the initial payment. Refund processing time is approximately 10 days from the date of pickup by the courier partner.
c) In the case of cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount to the bank details you've provided. Refund processing time is approximately10 days from the date of pickup by the courier partner.
3. I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
We conduct through quality checks on all our shipments before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Nevertheless, should you encounter the unlikely scenario of receiving a damaged product due to shipment or transit, you have the option to request either a replacement or a refund upon cancellation.
4. Under what situations will my return/exchange request be rejected?
Return request will be rejected under following situations:
-  If a product is returned without its essential components, it will not be eligible for. In the event that the logistics partner confirms this upon arrival at your doorstep, they may decline to collect the product. These essential details are necessary for shipping the product, and CuddleNest maintains the right to decline returns if the product is incomplete and not handed over to the logistics partner in its entirety.
- If a product lies under non-refundable category (each product page contains the information whether that item is applicable for return/exchange or not)
- The product shows signs of damage from misuse or excessive use.
- The serial number has been tampered with.
- The product has been either used or modified.
- If the request for return or exchange is made after ending of the specified return/exchange period from the date of order delivery.
- The brand has provided a complimentary product.
Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations.
5. How can I ship the product back to CuddleNest warehouse?
CuddleNest offers a return & exchange pickup service from your doorstep with minor fee of INR 99.Â
6. What are other terms and conditions of Return and Exchange policy?
- Returned items must be in pristine, unused condition, complete with their original packaging, original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices, accessories, freebies, and the original boxes, all of which are considered essential components.
- You will be eligible for exchange of an item from CuddleNest within the specified exchange period (please refer to the product details page for specific duration). Additionally, you will receive a replacement free of cost.
- If you choose to exchange the item for any other item of the same or different value from CuddleNest, you may be charged the difference in amount if the exchanged item is of higher value, or refunded the difference if it is of lower value, after a successful pick-up of the original item.
- The net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discounts) for the original item will be used to calculate the difference in amount for the exchange, which may be payable by you or refundable by CuddleNest, as applicable.
- The applicable refund for an exchange will be initiated after successfully picking up the original item from you.
- Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; you can select a single item for exchange. However, customers can exchange multiple items separately by initiating separate exchange requests for each item.
- Non-returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged (please refer to the product details page for specific duration).
- CuddleNest reserves the right to restrict exchanges if a customer breaches or misuses this policy, as determined at CuddleNest’s sole discretion.
- If you purchased an item with a free gift/offer and wish to return the main item, you must also return the free product.
- Warranty card is mandatory for the acceptance of returns and exchanges if provided with purchased product.
- Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes that are serviceable for exchanges.
